We schedule your migration and get you live!
Once we have the information we need from you we schedule a migration time that works for you and your business. We migrate your site for free and 99 out of 100 migrations happen without a downtime window. If there needs to be a downtime window we can schedule this for after-hours. Once you’re migrated across we’ll help you decommission any old hosting services you no longer require.

What are the traffic quota and storage limits?
There’s no traffic quota and we don’t do any weird metering on number of visitors or other obscure metrics. All our plans include unlimited traffic quota and if something seems off with your traffic patterns we’ll be reach out to your to discuss.
Storage quotas differ based on your on plan.
What payment methods do you accept & do you accept bank transfer payments?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Bank Transfer. Credit cards are processed by Stripe and bank transfer payments are processed by GoCardless. Paypal can also process payments by bank transfer.
Do you do email hosting?
No we don’t do email hosting. Email and web hosting are two completely different services and email is usually best handled by your IT support provider as there’s usually a device configuration component to making email hosting work reliably.
The cloud email providers we recommend are Google Gsuite (generally best for Mac users) , Microsoft Office 365 (generally best for Windows users), Zoho Mail and Protonmail.
Which plan should I choose?
It depends of what your needs are in terms of disk space and performance required. Typically if you have a Woocommerce site or high traffic site our Power Hosting and Pro plans are the most appropriate.
If you have a brand new site with low traffic or are a solo operator our Economy Hosting is probably the best option.
Do you backup my website?
Yes! We do hourly offsite backups powered by Acronis. You have direct access to backups and can queue a restore from the admin console. You can restore a single file right up to an entire site.
You can also create your own one-off backups and configured scheduled backups to your own offsite locations including Dropbox, FTP, Amazon S3 and Google Drive -> we strongly recommend you run your own offsite backups alongside ours so you hold a copy of your site.
Do you support Woocommerce?
Yes! If you’re getting a reasonable number of orders through your site (say 20-50 per day) or reasonable number of visitors you’d probably be best served by our larger plans.
Our higher plans have more processing power which will speed up your Woocommerce backend and things like order management and also database heavy operations like cart and checkout.
Our platform also includes advanced caching such as Redis Object Caching which is a type of database caching and helps speed up all aspects your Woocommerce site.
Do you offer SSL certificates?
Yes we offer FREE Letsencrypt SSL certificates and optional upgrades to paid certificates. You can also install your own certificates.
Do you offer discounts?
You can save 20% on our plans by paying yearly
Do you apply WordPress updates?
Yes our smart updates system can safely update your WordPress core, plugins and theme files. It can be disabled if you want to do updates manually and can also be operated manually.
The system will clone your site automatically, take screenshots of the site, test the updates on the new cloned staging site and compare the before and after screenshots and log files to ensure no errors before applying patches on the live site.
The system can also do all the testing automatically and wait for you to approve updates first before applying them.
What does the speed optimisation and free migration include?
We migrate all sites for free and configure them in a best practices format including configuration page caching, lazy loading, Cloudflare DNS hosting, image optimisation and much more.
Do you have a reseller or affiliate program?
Yes our affiliate program offers recurring payments from 10-30% commission from 2-4 years of referral signup with a 30 day cookie window.
