At WPAlpha we provide free concierge migration and basic speed optimization with all websites. You also have the option to migrate your own site.
To have our team to handle the migration for you, reach out on the Livechat or goto Log a Support ticket under the support menu.
To do the migration, typically we’ll need a WordPress admin level logon, access to your existing hosting and DNS access.
We can perform most migrations with no downtime however if you have a Woocommerce site, Membership site or site that has regular changes or updates happening to it throughout the day, then we’ll need to schedule a maintenance window of 2-3 hours in order to do the migration.
If your DNS hosting is not already with Cloudflare then we’ll typically setup Cloudflare as part of the migration process.

There’s a number of features in the WPAlpha platform that can make your site more secure, speed it up and generally reduce the amount of time, energy and resources required to manage the site.
What we often see if these features go unused as in some cases they can be fiddly or technical to setup or the settings are a couple of layers into the hosting admin panel settings.
