WPAlpha comes inbuilt with an AI-powered SmartUpdates system that automatically takes care of patching for your WordPress Core, Plugin, and Themes. The system automatically clones your site, takes screenshots of up to 100 pages, deploys the pending updates on the test clone site then checks for errors and compares before and after screenshots to ensure the site still works correctly. If all is OK it deploys the updates and if an issue is detected it’ll stop the update process and email you to advise what went wrong.
The system can also run in semi-automatic mode where it’ll clone the site and do the testing but wait for your OK before deploying updates. In this short video, we walk through the process of enabling the SmartUpdate system.
