Email Hosting Configuration & Server Settings

If you’re hosting your email with us here are the server settings and addresses to use:

EMAIL USERNAME

Your username across all email services in your email address.

smtp server: mail.hostedemail.com
SSL port: 465
SSL disabled (no encryption): 8025
TLS: 587

pop3 server (if using pop3): mail.hostedemail.com
SSL port: 995
SSL disabled (no encryption): 110
TLS not supported

imap server: mail.hostedemail.com
SSL port: 993
SSL disabled (no encryption): 143
TLS not supported:

Set your MX record to:

mx.yourdomain.com.cust.hostedemail.com

for example, if the domain name is didgeridoodojo.com the mx record would be:

mx.didgeridoodojo.com.cust.hostedemail.com

include:_spf.hostedemail.com
