By default, SSH access is blocked.
File access is provided via FTPS (FTP with SSL)
If there’s a specific use case for SSH we can in some instances give you access but we’ve found that typically someone needing SSH access is better suited to a hosting environment where they’re running their own VPS versus a managed environment.
